Guidelines for using AI features in ONevents

1. Responsible use

  • Transparency: Inform your event attendees when AI features are used, such as personalized content or automated processes.
  • Data protection: Ensure that all data used is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Only use data for which explicit consent has been obtained.
  • Fairness: Avoid any discrimination or bias that might arise from AI models.

2. Areas of application of AI functions

  • Personalization: Use AI to deliver personalized event content such as session recommendations, networking suggestions, or customized agendas.
  • Automation: Implement AI for recurring tasks, such as managing registrations, sending confirmation emails, or analyzing feedback.
  • Interactive tools: Use AI to enhance the attendee experience, for example through interactive Q&A tools, real-time analytics, or automatic translations.

3. Limitations and Liability

  • Quality of results: AI-powered results are only as good as the underlying data. Review AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
  • Disclaimer: ONevents assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

4. Technical implementation

  • Training: Ensure that all employees who use AI functions are appropriately trained.
  • Integration: Use AI features seamlessly within the ONevents dashboard to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintenance: Monitor the performance of the AI modules regularly and update them as needed.

5. Ethics and Compliance

  • Transparent algorithms: Document how the AI models work and what data they use.
  • Bias minimization: Regularly check whether the models used are biased and take corrective action.
  • Responsible development: When developing AI capabilities, only work with trusted partners and technologies.

6. Feedback and improvement

  • Participant feedback: Use feedback from event attendees to continuously improve AI features.
  • Troubleshooting: Ensure that there is a clear process for reporting and resolving errors in AI systems.

7. Future orientation

  • Innovation: Stay informed about new developments in AI and regularly evaluate how they can be integrated into ONevents.
  • Sustainability: Consider the energy consumption and environmental friendliness of the AI technologies used.

Fair use of administrator access

The number of administrators for each license is managed in a fair use manner and is limited to:

  • Mailing: 1
  • Single: 3
  • Pros: 5
  • Corporate: 20

The following applies to individual events:

  • Check-in: 2
  • Live stream: 5
  • Complete: 10

Responsibility for content

  • Users are solely responsible for the content and activities they generate on our platform.
  • We assume no liability for the content published by users. Users are liable for any legal violations.

Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account and should keep your login information confidential.

Misleading or fraudulent content

No misleading or fraudulent content: Users must not provide misleading information or engage in fraudulent activities such as phishing or identity theft.

Harassment or stalking

No harassment or stalking: Harassment, stalking or unwanted following of other users is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Respect Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property of others and may not upload content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Illegal or harmful activities

Users may not use the Platform to promote illegal activities or contain harmful content, such as: B. viruses, malware or fraudulent schemes.

We do not accept content that is illegal or depicts illegal activities.

These include:

  • Images or other content that violates the legal rights of others. This also includes copyrights.
  • Depictions of sexual abuse and any content in which children are shown in a sexual manner
  • Content depicting dangerous or illegal acts such as rape, organ trafficking or human trafficking
  • Illegal products and services: Products for which endangered species are hunted or killed, illegal medicines and drugs, prescription medicines diverted to the illegal market
  • Depictions of graphic or gratuitous violence or content that promotes violence
  • Content produced by or on behalf of terrorist organizations

Using Stages & Code-Active Input Options

It is not permitted to actively integrate Java script elements or codes into ONevents.

Adult content

No adult content may be published/uploaded.

These include: 

  • Pornographic content or depictions of sexual acts, genitals or fetishes intended for sexual gratification
  • Content that shows uncovered genitals
  • Content that glorifies or promotes sodomy
  • Content that glorifies or promotes sexually explicit content or behavior

Content that is classified as sexually explicit but serves educational, documentary, scientific or artistic purposes is permitted if it relates to the point of interest and if sufficient information is provided for users to understand the context can understand.

Offensive content

At ONevents, we expect users to treat each other with respect - even and especially when they have different opinions. Therefore, users are not allowed to post offensive content.

These include: 

  • Content that uses ONevents products to attack individuals or groups 
  • Content that is explicit and intentionally provocative 
  • Unsubstantiated allegations of unethical behavior or criminal activity 

Content that describes negative experiences in a respectful manner is acceptable.

Hate speech

It is prohibited to post or share content that contains hate speech in any form.

These include: 

  • Direct calls for violence against protected individuals or groups
     
  • Content that is dehumanizing, derogatory, or denigrates individuals or groups based on a protected characteristic 

Content that positively references protected individuals or groups is acceptable.

harassment

Our users are prohibited from posting content that harasses people or companies or encourages users to harass.

These include: 

  • Content that threatens individuals or groups of individuals with specific harm in a manner that would cause a reasonable person to respond with fear for their psychological or physical safety or well-being.
  • Doxxing
  • Content that results in unwanted sexualization or objectification of any person, including claims about sexual activity, about a person's sexual orientation or gender identity.
