You are self-employed and introduce the ONevents platform to potential new customers. By talking to customers, you develop their needs in the digital space and prepare the ONevents platform for events with your development team.
You should be able to:
- digitally native
- Basic knowledge of event management
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Understanding of Internet technologies
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Initial experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the IT industry
- Friendly, open demeanor and very good communication and organizational skills
- Affinity for the latest trends in the IT environment
- Ideally, you already have some experience with cold calls
- You always contribute your creativity proactively and work independently
You do that:
- You develop new customers and expand existing ones
- You develop the process of a digital event using the ONevents platform in customer discussions.
- You collect necessary information from the customer and pay attention to deadlines.
- You work with our internal project management tool, create projects and oversee them until project completion.
- You communicate special customer requests to our developers.
- You are constantly in conversation with our customers, identifying challenges and always offering the best solutions
You will be intensively trained in the platform and always have a supervisor in the background. The job is remote and can be done from any location. Billing is done independently, project-related and also on a very good commission basis.
