Dthe point tags in the administration ONevents offers you a flexible tool for organizing attendees and creating personalized experiences. It's a powerful feature for targeting attendees and managing events efficiently. Whether you want to organize user groups, trigger personalized actions, or filter content on your platform – therewith you create a personalized experience for your users.
In this article we will explain how you canthe function in administration and which functions are available to you.
How the Tags menu works #
Navigate to administration >> tags, where you'll see an overview of all existing tags. The following elements are displayed:
- Search field: Here you can search for existing tags to find them faster.
- Tags list: Under “NAME” you can see the existing tags.
- Edit button: Next to each day you will find the button "Edit"This allows you to change the name of existing tags.
- Create new day: This button allows you to create a new tag.
- Delete mode: Top right you will find the switch for the Delete mode. If you activate this, you can remove tags that you no longer need. This mode is enabled by default. deactivated.
Tip: Keep an overview and choose names that are clear and understandable so that you can quickly identify them at any time.
How to add tags #
Check in #
When users are checked into sessions, they automatically receive the corresponding tag. Learn more in the Check in Article.
Questionnaires #
Do you use Questionnaires on your platform, you can tag all responses, allowing for quick data analysis.
Tags can be used for this #
Make stages visible/invisible #
You can make individual stages visible to users with specific tags. This setting can be found in the StageDirector.
Send emails #
You can also Emails Send via ONevents only to selected users with (or without!) certain tags.
Filtering users #
In the User overview You can filter and sort all users by tag affiliation. This makes it easy to keep track of your users.
