Questionnaires are an indispensable tool for the Online presence an event, Surveys or Customer feedback. They help you gain valuable information. In this article, you'll learn everything about the different settings in the questionnaire module.

Generally #
Under Generally First, enter the name of the questionnaire. The corresponding placeholder will be created automatically after the first save.
Ranking #
Under Ranking you can activate the ranking function for users if you want to use quizzes or similar.
Share on social media #
With Share on social media You can enable users to share results on social networks, as the name suggests. You can find out more about this here.
Diploma #
Under Diploma You define the options after completing the questionnaire.
You can define the title and text of the window that appears upon completion. The latter can even be freely defined using HTML code. You can also define the button text for the same window here.
Settings #
General Settings #
With this setting, all responses are tagged. This feature is important for short surveys, allowing for easy data analysis in the user export.
With the attitude “Show completion” defines whether the closing element should be displayed. “Show progress” The current question number and the total number of questions are displayed to the guest (e.g. question 4/8). “Title is visible” You can show or hide the questionnaire title in the header area.
With “Button Next Text” you define the text on the next button of the entire questionnaire.
In the field “URL for redirection after completion” you can URL to which participants will be redirected after completing the questionnaire. “Redirect URL Target” You can specify how the redirect page should be opened. For example, choose _blankto view the page in a new browser tab or window. This allows participants to keep the original page in the background.
In the field “Amount of currency awarded upon completion” You can specify whether and how much virtual currency participants receive after completing the questionnaire. This is ideal for platforms that use reward systems, such as points for completed tasks.
Question pool mode #
The Question Pool mode randomly selects a certain number of questions and creates a questionnaire for the guest. This is an important feature when questionnaires need to change to offer more variety. Is the Question Pool mode turned on, only the defined number of questions will be displayed in a questionnaire. By setting the Number of randomly selected questions you define the number of questions that may appear in a questionnaire.
Permanent restriction #
Sometimes you want to limit the time for a questionnaire. This is often necessary in competitions, for example, to measure who is the fastest with the most correct questions. To achieve this, Onevents offers many settings options in the questionnaire. The switch “Has permanent restriction” activates the time limit of a questionnaire. The setting “Maximum duration in minutes” defines the time that may pass until a questionnaire can no longer be answered from the time it was opened. The setting “Show countdown” displays the remaining time for the guest.
