Sessions

In this article we explain how to use the menu item Sessions in the settings. This section of the settings allows you to specify whether physical guests can see session login placeholders and log in independently.

This offers a simple way to improve the user experience for guests at events. By activating placeholders, you can ensure that attendees are always informed and can quickly register for relevant sessions.

Enrolled Show placeholder for physical guests #

Activate this option to display the placeholder "Enrolled to Session" to make it visible to physical guests.

• Advantage: Physical guests can immediately see whether they are already registered for a particular session or whether they can register. This creates clarity and reduces potential confusion among participants.

Select Session Show placeholder for physical guests #

With this option you can use the placeholder "Select Session" Show or hide for physical guests.

• Advantage: If this option is enabled, physical guests can register for sessions independently. This offers guests more flexibility and reduces the administrative burden for the organizer.
