Login & Registration

The Login & RegistrationSettings allow administrators to easily edit the registration and login process for users. This section contains all the necessary settings to customize the login and registration process and ensure users have the desired experience.
With these settings, you can make the user experience safe, transparent and user-friendly, as well as ensure that the platform remains GDPR compliant and technically secure.

Welcome text #

In the field “Welcome text” you can specify a short greeting or introduction that will be shown to users when they click on the Login page This text should be inviting and provide an overview of what users can expect.

Text for registration form #

The field “Text for registration form” gives you the opportunity to add a detailed explanation or text that users can use on the Registration page and helps them to fill out the form. This text is directly on the Registration page visible and may contain information about the event or instructions.

Password mode #

This determines whether new users should choose their own password or whether a default password should be used automatically. If this is the case, you can define it here.

Registration consent #

In this Yellow In the colored drop-down menu, optional consents with up to 4 points are defined, which must then be filled out by the users during registration.

Final text registration #

Here you can, if necessary, define a text that will be visible at the very bottom of the registration form – as the final text.

Registration button text #

This text field defines the text that will be displayed on the button that completes the registration.

This option activates on the Registration page a link that takes already registered users to the Login page redirects.

This option activates on the Login page a link that directs new users to the Registration page redirects.

Captcha #

Depending on your preference, you can either Google reCAPTCHA or Friendly Captcha activate during registration.

User must verify email address #

Here you can specify whether new users must verify the specified email address to proceed with registration.

Single selection 1 + 2 #

Here in this green Drop-down menu you can select up to 2 different, freely customizable Single-choice fields during registration. Specify here what the Options (these must be replaced by a Pipe |‘ be separated from each other) and the text of the field and whether there is a Mandatory field during registration. You can also specify whether this field will be used as day should be used for your registered users.

Confirmation email #

If the option “User must verify email address” is activated, the underlying verification email can be adjusted here.

Confirmation email subject #

Define the subject of the confirmation email here.

Define the content of the confirmation email here.

Session selection #

Optionally, “Select session during registration” You can specify whether users must select a specific session when registering. This is especially useful when there are multiple parallel sessions or event sections.
You can also “Allow multiple session selection”if users should select multiple sessions.
Under “Session Bucket” From the dropdown menu you can specify which sessions from which bucket session are displayed to users.

Positioning login on registration page #

Here you can, if under “I am already registered” activated, display the link to the login page for already registered users either at the top or bottom.

Send user badge with registration #

If you are looking for Badges you can specify here whether these should be sent to users directly upon registration.

Login without password #

You also have the option to allow users to log in without a password. If this option is enabled, users can log in simply by entering their email address. redden Drop-down menu you can Regarding and Contents of the underlying email and the validity and Usability of the sent link.

Profile deletion #

With the option “Allow profile deletion” You can allow users to delete their profiles themselves. This deletion is permanent. Here you can define the corresponding parameters (text).

Of course, you can also complete the registration using HTML Design freely. Use the templates and/or the integrated HTML field.

Forgot password activated #
