Are you hosting an event and want to create a registration page? No problem! With just a few clicks, you can create your own personalized page for your event. We'll show you how here.
Step 1 – Register with ONevents #
If you don’t have an ONevents account yet, register HERE Your personal ONevents account will then be created, and you can start creating your event right away.
Step 2 – Log in to your space and create a new event #
After registration, you will receive your access data and can log in to your space using your email address.
After logging in, you can create a new event under “Events”.
Clicking on “Create new event” opens the setup for a new event.
Here, you enter the information for your planned event. Consider a domain and event name, and specify when registration should be available. The "Start" and "End" dates determine the event period.
Under the “Settings” tab, select “Registration” for “Mode”.
Under the Users tab, enable the switch for yourself. Once you've configured these settings, you can click "Create Event" and your event will be created. You'll now see this screen:
Step 3 – Log in to your event and customize the registration form #
Once the event has been created, you can access it immediately by clicking on your event's domain in the domain overview. You'll then be taken to your new event, and the event will open immediately with registration.
If you click on the domain, you will go directly to the registration form for your event.
To log in to your event, you can also use the “Login” button in the event overview in the space.
Once you've logged in to your event, you can adjust the data fields for your registration under the "Settings" and "User Data" menu items. Under the "Login & Registration" menu item, you can customize the text and selection fields on your registration form.
Step 4 – Share event link #
Once you've finished all the settings, you can share your event link and encourage guests to register for your event. Here, you can simply copy the event link and share it with potential guests.
